Christopher Go

Founder & COO
B.S. Management Science
MBA Professional Golf Management

Chris is a native San Diegan who grew up in the San Carlos community. At an early age, he discovered his love for basketball, where on his first team he met GoCryo co-founder and childhood best friend, Ryan. Over the next dozen years Chris excelled on the court playing in prestigious tournaments and for San Diego’s top ranked San Diego High School. He is still an active athlete with a focus in both basketball and golf.

Chris stayed in San Diego to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science from UCSD followed by an MBA specializing in Professional Golf Management. Chris understands the intricacies of the golf swing and how it can contribute to numerous aches and pains throughout the body. When Chris discovered Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) he experienced the benefits first-hand; and after his first treatment, became a believer of the benefits as his frequent shoulder pain and stiff back improved. With WBC treatments, Chris is able to train harder and more frequently as he prepares for his next golf tournament.

With a lifelong passion to help others reach their potential combined with his personal positive experiences, Chris was inspired to start GoCryo. He strongly believes that GoCryo will be able to maximize his clients’ physical health and athletic longevity.

Ryan Goldbarg, DPT

Founder & CEO
B.S. Kinesiology
Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Ryan has always been fascinated by the human body and has a passion for health and wellness. Growing up with a basketball coach for a father, Ryan was immersed in sports from a very young age. His favorite activities include weightlifting, yoga, volleyball, running, and basketball; all of which he still actively participates in.

Ryan earned a Bachelors degree from San Diego State University in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health. From there he attended graduate school at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Ryan is currently a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in musculoskeletal mobilizations and injury prevention/rehabilitation for athletes.

Ryan, being a long time user of ice baths, was immediately drawn to Whole Body Cryotherapy. He realized that the tolerability and efficiency of a 3 minute cryotherapy session is something that the general public, not just elite athletes, will benefit from. Through GoCryo, Ryan hopes to make cryotherapy accessible to people of all ages, fitness levels, and lifestyles.
