While everyone describes their experience with WBC differently, generally the response is it does NOT hurt, it’s just cold!

Do I need to fill out anything before my first cryo treatment?

Before your first treatment, you will have to fill out a medical questionnaire. This information helps our staff to determine your ability to safely experience WBC.

Do I have to do cryotherapy right after a workout?

No. You can achieve the benefits of cryotherapy at any point during your day.

How often can someone do WBC safely?

It is safe to do treatments daily. With an adequate amount of time in between sessions, it can even be done twice a day.

How old do I need to be to GoCryo?

All users under the age of 18 will require parental consent.

What do I wear?

To maximize the effectiveness of the treatment, we recommend as much skin exposure as you are comfortable with. GoCryo will have socks and gloves for your protection.

Men can wear shorts, boxers, or swim trunks. Women can wear anything from bras, underwear, shorts, or a bathing suit. We offer robes for your privacy.
